Emails Cutting Off

I have just started having problems where I will get forwarded an email from
someone not a part of my exchange server and when I go down the email to read
the start of it the section that lists the sender, receivers, date/time, ect
is being cut off an you can only see the very right hand section of it. The
rest is out of the margin to the left. There is to way to actually see this
information without copying the section and pasting into word. Does anyone
know if there is a setting I should check? I run Outlook 2007 but my company
exchange server is 2003. Could that be the problem?

I just set up my Outlook email. When I send a message to anyone instead of
my email address showing correctly: janesmith@sbcglobal.net
it cuts off the last letter before the @ sign :
janesmit@sbcglobal.net

This prevents anyone from replying to my messages. I can send and receive
messages just fine.

How do I correct this problem?

I am new to this newsgroup and not very computer savvy so if more
information is needed please let me know.

I have a number of users that are experiencing a strange issue. We have a number of applicaitons that send reports (that seem to be delimited values similar to a spreadsheet format) The content gets cut off in Outlook. The message appears fine when viewed in OWA as well as if the message is forwarded to an external mail host. I was told that this affects some external users as well. The wierd part though that throws me for a loop is that for the internal users that I have tested on, it seems to remedy the issue when I move the affected internal users to a new mailbox server. That part makes no sense to me since the mail appears fine on the old server in OWA. My config is as follows:
Server 2003/Exchange 2003 fully up tp date with SP and patches.
FES-4xBES.

Has anyone else seen this or have any idea what could be causing it? I am a bit at a loss on this one. I cannot find any client settings that would affect this at all.

Can anyone help solve why some of my incoming messages are cut off in mid
paragraph by an equals sign? Here is an example:

Hey Jennifer--

John was asking me about getting tickets to JUNIPER TREE. I
assume you've got 2 tix for him anyway, but he would like a total of 6.
Says he'll buy them, no problem, just wants to make sure he has them. Can
we maybe give him 2 and sell him 4? Don't know how you want to handle this=

The problem is that outlook 2003 isn't resizing the wide html emails to print correctly. It cuts off the right side. I can get almost all of the html email to print by adjusting margins, but not quite enough. I know that outlook 2003 renders html through IE so I've tried adjusting settings in IE6, IE7 and IE8. No luck. I've actually discovered, since starting this thread, that outlook 2007 and 2010 have the same problem. I found users who have 2007 and 2010 and the results were the same. Right side cut off. However, Thunderbird prints these emails correctly.

I have a user that randomly has email that are replied to or forwarded that
get cut off at random points in the email. All text after a certain point is
gone. This happens on the recipients side. The emails look fine in her sent
box. The install is only a couple months old. I've tried doing a repair on
Office that didn't help. I redid her signature with no company logo and
changed her format to rich text instead of html. That seemed to fix it for a
while. It is now doing it again. Considering how many custom programs and
settings she has I would rather not reimage the system. It took almost a
month to get everything right when she got her new laptop.

When printing emails letters are cut off on both sides of the paper.

We send email messages out though a bulk email system. Some of our
subscribers are using Outlook 2007 and the text is appearing down farther on
the page than it should, cutting off the bottom part of the message.

Our HTML email is formatted in Dreamweaver using tables. Other versions of
Outlook work flawlessly and it is only some of those with Outlook 2007 that
have this problem. Some have Vista and some are using XP. The only constant
is Outlook 2007.

Is there a setting in Outlook 2007 on the recipients end that should be
changed to make the email display correctly?

The top of type is cut off in outlook 2007. Not all emails, some are normal.
Started a few weeks ago after solving a problem with the font in emails
starting out light tan. Once I selected MS word 2007 to be my email editor
that problem was fixed and this one started.

In April, I installed the update (KB887797) to fix the problem of my email
paragraphs being cut off at about 7 lines into the paragraph. It seemed to
work at the time, but I've noticed that the problem has cropped up again.
Maybe it wasn't really fixed before?

I am trying to print some emails that seem to be cutting off the right side
of a form. I am using Outlook 2003. I tried playing with the margins, but
that doesn't help. My co-workers with Outlook 2007 do not have this problem.
Is there anything that I can do to stop this problem?

Strange issue here: we have some clients sending us emails daily and the
emails are getting cut off before the end of the message. I have noticed this
only with messages from one client where some kind of Excel cells are pasted
in the message. If I open the message with our Web Exchange access, I can
read the mail just fine. It is only Outlook (either 2003 or 2007) that seems
to present the message incompletely.

Any one come across this yet?

when my emails print some of the text is getting cut off.

I recently deployed a brand new computer to one of our end-users. I installed
IE 8 and Outlook 2003 on this computer. All seemed fine for a few days, but
all of a sudden, when she views an email that shows it is an HTML document,
the left margin is cut off slightly. Not only does this occur for the View
but also the Print function.

I have spent approximately 2 hours reading other's postings and researched
via other search engines. I have tried the margin setting w/in IE; opened the
culprit email and then reset IE margins, tried Rich Text vs. HTML, etc. I
can't go back to a different IE version, as one of our applications require
IE 8.

If I send the same email from my Outlook 2007, it comes in fine to this
end-user. If she forwards it to herself, it looks fine when it's on the
screen, but once she actually sends it to herself, the left margin is again
cut off.

I have many other user's with the same Outlook & IE version who are not
having this problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions outside of the standard ones that aren't
working for anybody? Thanks in advance for your time.

I am having the exact same issue. It is happening with application generated reports or emails. It is definitely an Outlook client issue. I have not found the root cause of it, but I have found a workaround in the meantime. I found the issue no longer occurs when I move the affected user/s to a different mailbox server. When I find the client issue Ill try to update, as I am not sure that this resolution will work for everyone.

Hi everyone

I have a user who is having problems printing emails

if he highlights the email and clicks on the printer icon the print is cut
off from the left

if he double clicks on and email and opens it and prints it it is not cut off.

I haven't checked his margins but I wolud think that if it prints correctly
when you doulbe click on it the margins should be fine.

any suggestions

and does outlook handle printing different depending on if the message is
only high lighted or double clicked and opened??

How do I change the left margin of my outgoing and incoming emails? My
settings in Word are fine, but all messages cut off on the left side.

Up till a few days ago, email prints were working ok. I recieved an email
from a customer and since then margins have changed, and some text is cut
off. I have checked the settings and they seem to be the same. Has the email
changed the remplate ?

We are sending a HTML newsletter to a large number of individuals. In
outlook 2003 it renders correctly, however in 2007 it cuts off the newsletter
at a certain point. If you cut the HTML and paste it into a new email using
Outlook 2007 it also cuts it off at the same spot.

A sample of the newsletter can be found at
http://link.ixs1.net/s/ve?eli=r153719&si=097539149&c fc=3html.

If anyone can let us know of what changes we need to make so that it is
viewable, I would greatly appreciate it!!

FYI, I have ran the HTML though Expression Web and ran the compatibility
report for 'HTML for Word 2007'. We also attempted to break the huge table
into multiple tables and that did not solve it.

Hi, I have an end user who is having the first letter of each line of an
email getting cut off. If you reply to the email, you see the first letter
of each line. This has just started happening today and it is not happening
on all of her emails. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi,
A few of my users are getting emails from clients and occassionally some of
the messages get cut off, does only half of the messages sent by the clients
are received by my users.
Any ideas?

This is weird and I've tried everything short of reinstalling outlook. Out
of the blue last week, a users outlook started printing too wide and cutting
off text on the left margin. This only occurs on her local printer, not on
any of the networked printers. I have gone through and changed drivers, and
reset defaults and anythign else I can think of but no results.
Any Ideas or pointers would be apreciated.

Thanks
