pasted them to my text

How do I get Outlook 2002 to show images to appear in email that is received?

We have an employee who has Outlook 2002 and when she receives an email with
a screen shot, a logo, or other image, the image just appears as a red box
or as a box with a Red X. I know how to make the change in Outlook 2003, but
we have some folks who have not, or do not wish to upgrade. I've looked
through options, and the tools menu, but can't find a solution; any thoughts?

Thanks,
Jeff

I have outlook 2003 set up for an exchange server but I want to add my personal mailbox (Verizon) as well. I was able to add it, going through tools --> email accounts, etc. I used the test mailbox feature and it works perfectly. The problem is that I can't get the folders to show up in my navigation pane. Both accounts are listed when I view my accounts but I can't figure out how to get the folders to show up.

Thanks in advance for your help.

when sending email, I used to be able to click TO: and have the contacts show
up sorted by company but now suddenly they show up sorted by name of the

I have two calendars, which are both in the same pst file: 1. Calendars and 2. TripCase.

When I open the Calendar in the morning, I want both calendars to display in the overlay view. I can make them display that way by clicking on both calendars in the sidebar panel. However, when I close Outlook and reopen it, only the first one, Calendars, is showing. I have to manually click on TripCase again to get it to display.

How do I get them both to display by default on opening?

Thanks.
