the picture in my signature doesn't appear

Hi,

I have designed a signature for my emails where I included a jpeg file
showing the logo of my company. But when I send the email, the logo
disappears.
Can you please tell me what to do to solve this problem

Thank you

Ziad

I have a picture that I want to come up as a header in my outlook stationary
template. I put in the picture and even specify top, but when I click for a
new email, the picture comes after my signature. How can I get it to set at
the top, allow me to type between the picture and my signature.

I have a six-line signature that appears automatically every time I begin an
e-mail:
Name/Title/Street AddressCity and StatePhone Number/E-dress. The typeface is
Palatino Linotype and always has been. The signature is at extreme left
margin. I often need to change the title--from Wine Writer, say, to Travel
Correspondent--depending on my addressee, so then I go to my title and either
highlight+DEL or just hold down DEL. Now the weirdness begins: my replacement
title appears in Times New Roman! In fact, all other lines below my title
behave the same way. The top line is different, however. I'll sign a formal
business letter formally, changing my first name from Johnny, say, to John.
No problem there; I get Palatino. But if I want to add another name on the
same line--as in "John Doe and Jane Roe"--that part will come out in Times
New Roman. Same goes for the other lines in my sig. Anyone know what's going
on?

I have created a signature in outlook 2007 using the outlook signature and
stationary window and included in that signature our company logo in the form
of an image.

I have checked in

C:Documents and Settings[username]Application DataMicrosoftSignatures

and the signature has been saved in RTF, Text and htm format as expected.

Signature works fine when creating a new message but when replying the image
is taken out. How do I stop that from happening?

Any help would be appreciated.

I've set up a signature (created in Word) in Outlook 2003. The lines with my
email address and web site are Arial 9 in Word and in my signature when I
look at it under Tools/Options/Mail Format/Signatures. "Format/Reveal
Formatting" also shows Arial 9. But, when I start a new email, the lines in
my signature appear as Times New Roman 9.

Those lines with my email address and web site got formatted automatically
as hyperlinks when I created the signature. Is the Times New Roman a default
font for hyperlinks? Is there some way I can turn it off? Our company
standard for the signature block is Arial 9.

Thanks for any insight you can offer--

I can't see any pictures in my e-mails. There is abox outline with a red x
instead

I have set up a signature for my email messages which includes a .jpg
picture. When I save the message the picture disappears replaced by a box
with a red x in the corner. Other users on our network also have signatures
which include pictures, and sometimes the pictures are blank in messages I
receive from them and sometimes not. How do I stop this happening?

In my signature block I have placed my website address. However, when people
receive my emails they are unable to click on it and get to my website. When
I test the link it says I must press "control" and click on the link to make
it work. How can I have the link work by just clicking on it? Thanks

EVERY TIME A SEND AN E-MAIL THE PICTURES THAT FORM PART OF MY SIGNATURE ARE
SENT AS ATTACHENTS. AS THOSE PICTURES ARE PART OF A COMPANY LOGO I DON'T WANT
JUST ANYBODY TO BE ABLE TO USE EDIT IT

I have tried inserting JPG and TIF pictures in my Outlook 2003 email
signature, and they look great before I send them, but then have lost
resolution once received. Does anyone know how to keep the resolution high?
Thank you!

how do I stop my signature from appearing in doublespace?

how do I stop my signature from appearing in doublespace?

Hello!

I'm trying to insert a picture in my signature, however Outlook increases
the size of it, so the picture doesn't look good. And seems I can't reduce
the image size, only manually, after it was already inserted into an email.
How so I keep the original image size?

I have edited my signature, and it looks good. But when I open a new message
to check it, the font has changed. I have deleted my signature and redone it,
opened the advanced editing and changed it there, and the font still looks
different in the new message window. This is very annoying having to keep
changing my font with each message. HELP!

How can I get our company logo in my signature line of my emails?   Under the options/signature, I have my name, company name, and other contact info, etc.   I would like to get our company logo beside the company name.   Our logo is in an adobe illustrator format or I have it in an .pdf format.   Outlook will not let me copy and paste the logo and it doesn't give me an option to import it unless a picture.  I tried that and that did not work either.  Is this possible?  If so, what are the steps I need to take to make this happen?  Please advise.

My email address in my signature is hyperlinked. I went to the advanced edit
option, but now it is Active X inserting. I do not want it to by hyperlinked
so how do I remove it.

I clicked TOOLS, OPTIONS, MAIL FORMAT, SIGNATURES.

How come I cant change the font of my signature.

How can i receive the full email as in outlook express? what i mean... in
outlook express you can see the pictures in the body of the email, With
outlook i cant do that,,,....without having to click on each of them and
having to save them ?!?

I get a box sourrnding my name in my signature section that says "Person
Name", when you put the cursor over it, it says Start of Personname. How do i
get ride of this?

Why is spellcheck stripping the picture in a signature? Any help would be
appreciated.
