How do you configure Outlook to connect to more than one email acc

Hello,

How do you configure Outlook to connect to more than one POP3 email account
from the same ISP? How do you configure it so that the mail gets delivered
to two or more separate inboxes, one for each account from the same ISP?

How do you configure Outlook 2007 on XP to warn you before closing the whole
application. Before upgrading to 2007, I had used the workaround of saving
an unsent message in my outbox. With 2007 that workaround no longer seems to
function. Ideas?

Thanks,
Jay

Corel Photo Shop 6 says that I must configure Microsoft Outlook to MAPI to be

What to add more than one email address to Outlook 2003's Block
Senders List?

Export
Go to File
Import and Export
Export to a file
Comma Separated Values
Junk E-Mail folder
Name the file
Click Browse for the location
Map Custom Fields
Clear Map
Drag "From(Address)"from Values to Field
Finish
Open the file, save as, with txt extension

Import
Tools
Junk Email
Junk Email Options
Block Sender
Import from File
Select text file

Wouldn't do this everyday but maybe every week depending on the amount
of spam you get. If the junk emails are not going to the junk email
folder beforehand. I deleted them then move them to the junk email
folder before I do the export.

Hi,

I'm a freelancer and depending on what company I am doing work for I'd like
to set up Outlook to use more than one email template (html stationery
style).

Currently, Outlook is set up that one stationery style is used no matter
what mailbox account I use. I'd ideally like Outlook to apply a stationery
style depending on what email account I chose to send the email from.

It's easy in Outlook Express as you just chose the stationery style from a
drop down list. But I can't find a quick way of how to change stationery
styles in Outlook.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Hi
I'm just wondering if it is possible to add more than one email address into
my outlock. I'm using 2007 version of Office.

I'm sometimes stuck at a location with only dial-up capability or AOL
Broadband. How do I configure Outlook to send outgoing mail through the AOL
portal? I can receive mail fine, just can't respond to anyone or initiate a
message in Outlook. It just sits in my Outbox and I receive a message that
the connection to my server has been interrupted.

I have just purchased Office Home and Student 2007 and want to add MS Outlook
by subscribing online. I want to use more than one email address - is that
possible and if so how?

Would this work with outlook 2002? If not what would? Seems I have more than
one account configured with the same server name, user name, and password.

I want outlook to start in my Calendar, which I got it to do by
clicking on Advanced Options and telling it to start in Calendar.
Great. But now in the Mail pane, it displays my inbox by default
rather than "Personal Folders". This is rather useless, since not
only
don't I want to see my Inbox, but also don't use Outlook for mail in
any case. :) I DO want to see Outlook today when I click on the Mail
icon. You can set outlook today to display by default, but that
applies to all of Outlook, not just to the Mail folder, and causes the
calendar not to be displayed by default. So, keeping in mind that
when
Outlook starts, I always want it to display my calendar by default,
how
do I force it to display Outlook Today rather than Inbox when I click
on Mail?

Am setting up new computer with Windows 7 Ultimate and Office 2010 Pro.  How do I configure Outlook 2010 to use earthlink email?  I tried having the system set it up automatically and the earthlink mail appeared, but didn't send/recieve.  I changed outgoing mail server to smtpauth.earthlink,  entered the log in user name and password, checked rememeber password and require logon using Secure Password Authentication, went to more settings/Outgoing Server and hecked My outgoing server requires authentication, checked log on using: entered user name & password again, checked remember password & Require secure password authentication again, Advanced tab and changed Outgoing Server (SMTP) rom 25 to 587 and then sent a test message.  Result: 2 errors.  #1: Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Your email server rejected your login with Secure Password Authentication (SPA). Verify the account properties in Account Settings.  #2: Send test email message: None of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server.

I am logged on though iBAHN Wired high speed internet ata hotel.

How do you make Outlook "task list" fonts when printing the list? When I

I'm having a similar problem with Outlook 2007 on Vista. I did reinstall
Outlook, but it remembered that the user had used Outlook before and is still
having the problem. So how do you reset a Vista user to a state where it
would be their first time using Outlook?
