How to restore cached e-mail addresses

Is there a way to backup all the cached e-mail addresses stored in Outlook?
By this, I mean that if I type the first few letters of an e-mail address in
a new message, the auto-complete feature selects it.

We have clients which use POP and Exchange-based e-mails, and when we have
to rebuild or re-image their computer, all these cahed addresses are lost.

Thoughts?

Hi all, I have a large number of undeliverable messages from e-mails I sent
out for a client, and I need to give a list of all these bad e-mails to the
owner of the list. I do not want to give my client all these undeliverable
messages but rather would like to capture the e-mail address shown in each
bounce-back message that each was sent to originally, and put these all in a
list (excel, word, doesn't matter).

Any suggestion how to do this in a simple, quick way? Anything other than me
opening each undeliverable message and copy/paste each e-mail address shown.
Keep in mind that the e-mail addresses I want to capture are text embedded in
the message, they are not part of the "To" or "From" fields.

Does anyone know how to get the e-mail address to show, rather than the
'name' when you look at your in-box. I sometimes want to look for e-mails
from someone but can't find them because Outlook has used their name rather
than their e-mail address. Fine for friends, but not for business e-mails.

Hi:
I saved all e-mails by using, .... Tool - Option - Maintenance ..... and
stored in 'New Folder' in My Document.

However, when I changed name from "New Folder" to "OE Backup," all
e-mails are gone, although names of all folders are there, such as Inbox,
Sent, Delete and etc. are there. They are completely empty, thus I lost all
e-mails accumulated over two years.

How to restore all e-mail lost?

Hi Folks, I sent a e-mail to an invalid address. Evertime I work with
outlook I get an error for trying to sent this e-mail. How do I delete the
invalid e-mail ?

Is it possible to automate (with LDIFDE) creating in bulk the "Exchange
Tasks..." / "Establish e-mail addresses" functionality that is visible in
ADUC?

I have to create 900 accounts and don't want to do this manually. :-(

Highlighting multiple accounts does not work since the prompt is not

I am novice on vba for outlook 2003. And I like to have a button on my
outlook toolbar (or a menu macro) to forward the selected e-mail to a
certain e-mail address.

After moving from a PC with XP to a new with Vista installed, Outlook 2002
is almost impossible to use.
Every time I try to use Outlook 2002 a pop up window continuously keeps
popping up asking me if I will let a program (obviously outlook) have access
to to Outlook's e-mail addresses for 1, 2, 5 or 10 min.
The same happens every time I synchronizes my mobile 5 device. If I don't
answer this pop up at once, a new one pops up over the previous one(s)
leaving me with only one sensible option after a while, to close down
outlook via ctl+alt+del.

The only reason I use outlook 2002 is the need to synchronize my mobile 5
device. Is there a way to synchronize with windows mail or similar program,
in Linux perhaps?

Hi,

I recently reinstalled Windows XP and Office 2003 to try to speed up my computer. I backed up all my files with Norton Ghost and restored the Outlook files in the "Application DataMicrosoftOutlook" and "Local SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftOutlook" folders which restored all my e-mails and folders, however my e-mail addresses and contacts are missing and I have no Send/Receive button or menu option.

Please could someone tell me how to get my e-mail addresses and contacts back?

I'm getting this error message on only some of my e-mails but consistantly on
the same ones, what can I do to send e-mails to these recipients? The full
error message is : 473 (person's e-mail address) relaying prohibited. You
should authenticate first

I want to get my e-mail address when I go to To:
Right now I have to go to the address book.

How do you eliminate E-mail addresses that you do not want in your alphabetic
address send section. ie. When someone sends me an e-mail it automatically
goes into the section that I use to send E-mail or forward to different
addresses. I have tried for hours tonight to edit my contacts and have not
been successful. There used to be and edit button at the bottom of the
contact page but we could not find it. Would appreciate some answers.

My address book is empty, and my contact list is empty (those show up empty
when I use Tools, Address Book), but when I send a new e-mail message, on
typing the first letter of the addressee name, a drop-down list appears with
e-mail addresses for everyone I've ever e-mailed. How can I clear out these

Hi,

I need some help on how to setup multiple e-mails addresses of parents that can be accessed by teachers?  What I want to do is create a class/form that will be in the GAL that will have the e-mail addresses of all the parents for that class/form.  So whats the best way of creating the list?  I'm using window server 2003 with exchange 2007,  would be greatful for any advice.

I have successfully imported my .pst file. But have no clue how to transfer
the e-mail accounts I use to send and receive mail from. I have over a dozen!
I cannot successfully transfer my rules and alerts until I get this done

My E-mail address is john_david@first.abc.com but the Global Address List of Outlook 2003 address book display "/o=abc/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Recipients/cn=John David" at the E-mail address field.

How to correct the e-mail address list for all users?

There are the system information:

Server: Windows server 2008 std R2, Exchange 2010

Client: outlook 2003

E-mail address policy:

smtp: @first.abc.com (Set as reply), @second.abc.com

Address book in outlook 2003:

First address book informationthis one have the problem using the GAL)

E-mail Type: EX

Second address book information:

type: LDAP

E-mail type: SMTP

HOW TO SET DEFAULT E-MAIL FONTS AND LINE SPACING - i set it for Arial 12 under tools, options, stationary - but when i go to write an e-mail, font is 10     I can set single spacing using a theme for a particular e-mail but don't know how to set it so it stays that way for the next e-mail
