How do you resend an email already sent?

I have been trying to find a way to resend an email that had been sent at
least one time before. Is there a way to do this?

Outlook 2003 could resend an open, previously sent email. I don't see this
option in 2007. Anyone know how to do this?

Fred

Hello all,

Once you send someone an email message, Outlook remembers the address and
pops it up in the auto complete lists when you start to enter To, CC, etc
items in future messages. How do you retrieve and edit that list?

In this case, I'm not talking about someone who matches a contact item, just
someone I sent an email to somewhere along the line (eg
some.one@SomeWhere.com). After a while the list tends to get cluttered up
with inactive folks or someone gets married and the old name still shows up
also. Thanks in advance for any ideas and/or suggestions!

Have a great day!

Hello...

We have an email-enabled security group called "Alerts." We created a
rule so that any time an email is sent to this group, a copy of the
message will also be stored in a public folder.

Our problem: Unless the particular user whose profile contains this
rule is logged in with Outlook open, the rule does not work because it
is "client-based."

I read that "copying" an email was always client-based, but that
"forwarding" the email to a public folder was server-based (and,
therefore, not dependent on the active status of the user's profile).
So... I have tried to create a rule that "forwards," but do not see
the option of forwarding it to a folder (only to a person or
distribution list).

Do anyone know how we can do this using server-based rules?

Thanks,
Jessi

how do i cancel an email from outbox if it already begun transmitting but is
too heavy for sending.

tks

I've needed this feature on several occasions and it has never retracted my
message, even though it behaved as if it was. My accidental recipients
always got the message...a very embarassing glitch in the system.

In Outlook or Outlook Express - How do I print an email showing an attachment?

I am trying to print an email which will show me THE NAME OF AN ATTACHMENT
that is linked to my email. I dont want to print the attachment, I can do
that.. When I view an email on the screen, it has a line for Name then one
for Date, the for To, then for Subject. If I have an attachment it is shown
as the line under that (with the name of the attachment in it)..

It is that Line that I would like to appear on my email print.... At
present, when i print it just shows FROM, SENT and TO lines. I would like to
see that ATTACHMENT Line - And if possible the SUBJECT LINE as well?

If its not possible to do it - Why isn't it.. what do I have to do to get
Microsoft to make a change so that it can ?

I have looked all over Outlook Help and asked this question on the Web, and
I'm getting nowhere. It's a simple question that should have a simple answer.

a group of cantacts but can not get them to become a new message.

How do you delete an entire Exchange 2003 site? Our Exchange 5.5 ORG has been broken up as sites move to Exchange 2003 because each company wants their own forest. So, we have orphaned sites still existing in the ESM on the Exchange 2003 sites. This causes SMTP routing problems so I plan to use the ADSIedit tool to connect to the configuration container in Active Directory and delete the sites? What else needs to be done to completely remove a site from my ORG?

How do I send an email to a contact group in Outlook 2010?
I can only find "New Group"in the tool bar

How do I mark an email I want to send as "Private"?

I wanted to send an email to many addresses. I have different folders in my
contacts. Unfortunetly, as i sent my mass email, more than half were not sent
because i sent too much at once. So know I would like to manually select the
addresses to which the email wasn't sent but when i select the "to", i only
can choose a folder, and not select the addresses individually. How do you
select the addresses individually out of a folder in your contacts, once
you've already written your email?
Thank you

How do you copy and paste the email address that shows next to each name in
the address boxes on a message ? I need to copy these to a file and add to
a safe senders list, but only the individual's name will paste , not its
attached email address.
It is aggravating because you can see the address next to the name -it just
won't paste along with the name when you try to copy an paste the entry
into an email message box or into another application.

If it is not possible, then MS needs to correct Outlook so that it is
possible . Re entering each address is a waste of time and leaves much room
for error.
