Insert logos in Outlook Web Access

I have users using Outlook Web Access 2003, and would like to know how to add
our company logo in the signature for each user?

When inserting a hyperlink, the hyperlink is wrongly translated when opening
the hyperlink in Outlook Web Access. Opening the hyperlink from within the
normal Outlook Client works just fine (for the same email message!)

The hyperlink translates the 'espace' character wrongly.

Clicking the hyperlink from within OWA translates the espace sign as %2550,
clicking the same hyperlink in the same mail from within normal Outlook
client translates the espace sing as %20.

Hi everyone, can someone please point me into the right direction on "How to chnage a password in Outlook Web Access"?  I had seen a response from Henrik to a MS KB article but the KB article is no longer there.

Thanks,

Pasquale

It's a little LAN, 1 server (win2003) and 5 workstations (win2000).
Domain name is JOURNALX.

This company has a web site with emails address with domain name. ex:
www.journal.com and for employees is jo@journal.com. The site and the
email server provide by an external ISP.

The boss wants to use Outlook Web Access for email and publics documents
(calendar and other stuff of Exchange), because employees works on few
computers.

Because the email of employees is domain name JOURNAL.COM and the server
Win2003 is JOURNALX, I use POP3 connector for collecting emails of all
employees and push it towards the corresponding account in active
directory.

The POP3 connector use the primary address of user to route the incoming
email, if the primary address of user is JO@JOURNALX.LOCAL, the email is
send to Mailbox User with the smtp of Exchange.

All work fines, the user received their messages and they send new email.

But, when a user sends an email, the people who received the email can
read then the email address of sender is JO@JOURNALX.LOCAL. That's
creating the problem where the people who received the email can't reply,
because the real address (JO@JOURNAL.COM) is not here.

I change the primary address of user in active directory of user
JO@JOURNALX.LOCAL to JO@JOURNAL.COM. But now, POP3 collector don't work.

Finally, I just want change the address of sender in Outlook Web Access.

Thank for lot.

Hi.

Is there a possebility to change the password in outlook web access.

When I add a new user I have to give them a password. When the user wants to
change the password they can't because they have only access to outlook web

I have an Exchange server that serves up email to a corporate office
with about 50 users as well as about 20 remote properties with several
users in each. The server is running Windows 2003 Server and Exchange
2003.

It's been doing pretty well, except that lately the task reminderes in
Outlook Web Access (OWA) have been randomly not working.

For example, I create a task that is due today, and create a reminder
for 4pm today. The reminder will work correctly sometimes and sometimes
will not pop-up at 4pm until you refresh the browser. So I get the
reminder, and click "snooze" for 5 minutes. In 5 minutes I may get
another reminder, or I may not. So it just randomly works or doesn't.

I've tried this from serveral different computers logging in as several
different users. All exhibit a similar behavior.

Let me add that this has been working perfectly before.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Please help.

Thanks!

The reply button is missing in Outlook Web Access. How to get it back?

Some attachments will not open in Outlook Web Access but tell me I vill have
to save the file to my disk. The same file will open in "local" MS Outlook.

I am using MS outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003

Why aren't voting buttons supported in Outlook Web Access (OWA)? I'd like to
know the underlying technical architecture.

I am having the strangest global problem (problem can be recreated with any
user on any Windows XP sp2 machine with Outlook 2003 sp2)

If a user creates a Calendar item in Outlook Web Access then the item never
shows up in Outlook 2003 sp2 in cached mode on their desktop.

If you change the Outlook client to online mode (uncheck cached mode) and
restart outlook then the item shows up just fine. But switch back to Cached
mode and the item is gone again.

The other interesting thing about this problem is that if you happen to be
in your calendar in Outlook 2003 and you then open OWA and create a new
calendar item then the item will show up in Outlook but it shows up as an
item that lasts forever. If you then navigate to your Inbox and back to
Calendar then the item is gone.

I have tested this on multiple workstations and laptops with multiple users.

Therefore I think it is a global issue between Outlook 2003 sp2 and our
Exchange 2003 Standard sp2 server.

I have found one KB on microsoft that sounds semi related but it references
CDO 1.21 programs and not Outlook 2003 sp2 in cached mode.:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/911928

I obtained the hotfix for grins and giggles but it did not solve the
problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Many users have 50 to 100 emails from the last few months sitting in their
Outbox in Outlook Web Access. Their outboxes are empty, however, in the
Outlook 2007 client.

- We are running Exchange 2007 on Windows Server 2003.
- We use workstations running Windows XP SP3.

The issue is company-wide. Emails delivery is fine; messages are still
sending successfully. I believe many of the emails in the Outboxes are sent
from Outlook client directly rather than Outlook Web Access.

I got a new PC and fired up the Outlook Client. Until now, I've kept all my
messages, contacts, calendar & so on in Outlook Web Access (i.e. haven't been
using the client). All of my Inbox messages successfully downloaded to my
new Outlook Client, but my Calendar, Contacts and Tasks did not. Obviously
this information is sitting on the Exchange Server: does anyone know how to
get it to download to my Outlook client?

Thanks in advance!

How do i view other users calendars in Outlook Web Access?
Is this possible?

Can I Open a shared calendar in Outlook web access, I am using Exchange 2003?

Thanks

Hi
I have a rather unique requirement where I need dual instances of Outlook to run on a few VIP users in a national security organisation. Obviously Outlook is a single instance app, so my work around would be to have an outlook and OWA session. Unfortunately one of the requirements for both is to make use of custom templates for replies and common messages etc...

So can custom templates be set up in Outlook Web Access?

Thanks

When I am using Outlook Web Access with Exchange Server 2003 I am not able to
browse the Global Address List. When you click the address book, you have to
type in a search character to have names come up. Is there a Microsoft
supported way to get this to automatically show all the names in the book
like it does in Outlook? I have seen a few pay things where people changed
the scripting. Is there any quick code that can just be inserted that can do
this? Thanks for any help you can provide, as there isn't must out there on
the net.

Hi,

I've got a few users who are experiencing this problem. They've created some contacts using Outlook web access, but when logging on via Outlook, find that they cannot address messages to these contacts.

Although the contacts are visible in the contacts folder, they are not visible when you create a new message, click 'To...' and look in the contacts folder.

Other recipients will display fine, just not those created using Outlook web access.

Has anyone come across this before? I'm using Exchange Server v5.5 and Outlook 2000.

thanks,

Ross
