Can i tell if my email address has been blocked?

Will I receive a delivery receipt for a recipient that may have blocked my
email address? Is there a way to determine if my email address has been
blocked?

In my 'Sent' folder in Outlook, i open a mail mesasge. in the "To:" field,
it has the persons name, not their Email, like "Bill Smith". When i click
on their name, the Outlook Contact i have for that person opens up. But, i
have multiple Email addresses in that Contact. How can I tell which actual
Email address it was actually sent to? The person did not receive it, and
we are trying to figure out where it actaully went.

Thank you. Tom

Exchange 2003 SP2 + Outlook 2003 SP3 (Cached Exchange mode)
How can I tell if the OST file is Unicode-formatted or not?

Here is more details:
A laptop user intermittently receives emails with blank message body.
I have done tons research on this issue and got no solutions. I am
currently suspecting the user's large OST file which is about 2GB now.
One MS KB article says that Unicode-formatted OST file supports up to
20GB, while Ansi-formtted OST file supports up to 2GB.
How can I tell which format the OST file is using?

Thanks a lot!!

Can I tell if someone is bcc'd on an e-mail sent to me?

Can I tell if someone is bcc'd on an e-mail sent to me?

Hi

Im a manager in an office operating flexi time which relies on staff being honest in recording their hours worked, rather than using a clocking in system. Ive recently identifed a staff member fiddling, or lying about what time they leave the office. In order to ensure they stop doing this (i dont want to go through disciplinary proceedings if i can help it), ive told them to send me an email right before they leave for the day.

If they send one using the "do not deliver before" option, is there a way i can tell if this has been used?

Thanks.

Dear all,
Recently, all my email addresses in the global address list has been used by some on-line internet shop to send junk email to us.
Can somebody tell me why is this happened? Is this cause by virus ? Or somebody give away our email addresses to the on-line shop ?
How should i stop them from sending the emails?

Thanks,

I'd like to know if there is a tool in that I can use to flag emails that
have been viewed and when they were viewed.

I've turned on the message tracking feature of my Exchange 2003 system, and it tells me that a message has been delivered to a particular mailbox.

Now I want to know what happened to that message once the user got hold of it.  Did he read it, delete it, forward it?  How can I find out?

It's a shared mailbox, so unfortunately I can't just ask one person what they did.  Is there a way to use a tool like the Message Tracking system to find out how a message was dealt with once it got to a user's mailbox?

I am having trouble with trying to hide or change my email address when
sending an email. The reason I need to change the displayed name is that my
personal address (bruce_springsteen_lover) is also used to receive emails
through my work. Much to my disgust, my boss has deemed this address as an
unprofessional, and so I need to just show my name or something similar when
sending an email.
I am using Outlook 2002.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

We have separate user accounts set up on our XP platform.
My partner prefers to use Outlook Express. I use Outlook.
I use ONE email account i.e. with one email address, on Outlook.
My partner uses TWO different email addresses, same domain. One for
business, one for personal emails.
HOW do I set things up so that she can log on to Windows and have her
business and private emails either arriving in separate folders, OR business
on Outlook, and private email on Express - she'd prefer separate folders.
How do you do this, because I am finding that email sent to either of her
addresses goes to whichever client happens to be put online. Its driving me
mad.

Sorry if this gets posted twice, but I am not seeing my earlier post showing
up.

My email account has gotten hit by a major spammer. I am receiving HUNDREDS
of emails from varous "postmasters" telling me that my email to whoever has
bounced. I have *NOT* sent hundreds of emails to individuals, so the only
thing I can guess is that my email address has been picked up by at least
one major spammer, filling my inbasket with HUNDREDS of emails.

I use MS Outlook 2007, which will not open now, due to the HUNDREDS of new
emails in my inbasket. I had lots of emails that I would rather not loose,
if I have a choice.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can get Outlook to open? When I click on my
icon, it just sits there and basically does NOTHING.

Thank you,
Brenda

Hello.
I would like to send an email to all in my Inbox and Sent (unique email addresses) to notify them that I have to change my email address.

Please any help would be appreciated.

Is there a way that I can tell if a sent message has been responded to? I
send multiple messages with similar title and I want to see who responded and
when

I have put an erroneous email address into Send. now every time I want to
send an email to that person Outlook shows me two addresses for that person.
Since both email addresses are very similar i am constantly getting "Cannot
Deliver" messages. How can I Delete the wrong emaill address?

How can I tell if Word is being started in Outlook or another application
that embeds Word?

If a user is starting Word, I want to pop up a getting started dialog box.
But if it is Outlook causing Word to load, I don't want to do that.

Also, in that case, is there an event I can use to know they are starting
Word itself - and it will be the first instance of Word brought up. I also
don't want to pop up the dialog if they open a second copy of Word.

Is the above clear enough?
