Why are so many of my outgoing messages being returned as spam?

At least half of the messages I try to send from Outlook come back as
Undeliverable with a note indicating that they have received spam points.
These can be very simple text messages to friends. They don't look like spam
to me. If I send the same messages via gmail, they all get delivered with no
problem. I don't understand why this is happening or how to fix it.

The font size in some of my outgoing messages has beeen changing in Outlook.
When sending a message the font size only changes at the receipient's end.
For example, one line text is at a font size of 10 and the rest is at 12.
How do I resolve this?

Hello
I regularly send out a compnay newsletter in html format. It is being
rejected as spam by some of our recipients. Is this because it has internet
page links? it also has graphics and colours. If it is sent as a rich text
format will it also be rejected beacuse of this?
Sorry if this is a silly question but I am trying to work out how to get
this across to people without it being rejected but still in a stylish format.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
many thanks
Suzi

Recently my outgoing messages are being saved to my INBOX rather than my
SAVED Folder as they were before.

I have TOOLS>OPTIONS>E_MAIL OPTIONS>checked, Save copies of messages in SENT
ITEMS FOLDER

The messages were always saved to that folder and suddenly they are being
directed to my INBOX

I'm using MS Office Outlook 2003 my ISP is Virgin Media

Rather frustratingly some of my outgoing emails are getting lost somewhere
in Cyberspace.

When I post them they are leaving my outbox and in my sent items as they
should be but not getting to where they should be.

The problem is not exclusive to any particular contact, for example , I
email my partner quite often, some she receives, some she doesn't.

Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Most of the email messages that were sent to me in the last few weeks [via
the pop3 server for my Earthlink email account] have not downloaded into my
OE6 inbox.

In contrast, email for my Hotmail accounts has been coming and going
normally using my OE6.

On advice from Earthlink tech support, I created a new identity in my OE6.
Using the new identity, all of my email messages on the Earthlink pop3
server download correctly into the inbox of my OE6.

However, in the old identity, the missing messages still do not download
from the Earthlink server.

It is tedious switching to the new identity to use my Earthlink email.
Can you help me get my Earthlink email working again via my OE6?

Note: In the old identity, I can successfully send send myself messages
(that is, from my Earthlink email account to my Earthlink account).

Hello:

My exchange 2003 works well at two monthe ago , but it is not lucky ,our LAN infect the viurs , my exchange server is too, so every message from my exchange server be recognized as SPAM , after killed the virus in LAN , then i have to check with ISP to change my IP address.

After change the IP address , my exchange server works good , but only two days , the previous problems again , every message from my exchange 2003 server be as SPAM , for now , i am sure that no virus in my LAN , it is slam dunk.

So, anybody can give me some suggestion and solution for fix this problems? Thanks in advance.

Most of my outgoing mail on my virgin.net account is being tagged as SPAM
when I send it through Outlook Express. This means that most of my mail
never gets through, and the rest often gets deleted. It started happening
immediately after the servcie pack 3 upgrade. Can anyone help me to fix this?

Why are some of my incoming messages being displayed in plain text? I want
them all in HTML format. I have not changed the setting in the Trusted Email
security option so that's not it. Please help.

Some, not all, of my outgoing e-mails are not being delivered even though
they're to the correct address. One in particular had attachments and has
been hanging in my outgoing box since July and I can't delete it. How do I
go about deleting it. Any any clues for the other intermittent problem?

I downloaded Outlook 7 Beta a couple of months ago. Then yesterday, I
noticed that whenever I opened an email message, the body text was missing.
This happened to SOME of my email messages. This morning, ALL of the emails
in Outlook are having this problem.

This is my work email account so I need to sort this out as soon as possible.

Any suggestions how I can do this?
Thanks very much in advance
Lools

I had to delete and re-do my email account in outlook. Now all my outgoing
messages have a notepad attachment (not seen in my "sent" folder, but on
arrival it's there). How can I get rid of this?
Thanks,

I'm using MS Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Home Edition.

It takes forever to go thru my email as I have multiple instances of most of
my email messages. If I delete one copy I still have two or more copies
remaining. Some of these multiple messages are in the same email folder and
others are in different email folders. I don't think this is a bug; it seems
as if this is the result of a choice I made in setting up how to view email
but I can't figure out what I did so I can undo it.

I have tried everything to figure out why only some of my contacts are
showing up in my address book. I have removed the address book and added it
back but the same contacts are still not showing up. These contacts have
either a fax number, an email address or both but still are now where to be
found. Any suggestions? I am using Outlook 2003.

I am running my Exchange Server from a dynamic IP address at this point, so many of my standard messages are blacklisted.  I was informed that I could use the SMTP server of my host (mail.waldenwebsites.com) instead of my internal SMTP server.  I may be confusing myself here...

Basically, I would like to route all of my outbound email through another mail server that is of course not blacklisted due to a dynamic IP.  Is there a tutorial for this?  I have been searching in Google but I'm not even sure what this procedure would be called.

Thanks!

I would like to keep copies of my outgoing mail in different folders than
'Sent mail'. Can I easily do this on a message-by-message basis? Can I assign
outgoing e-mail messages to categories, for example?

I was re-setting my outgoing messages page with my signature, title, phone
number, etc. I inadvertently also attached my Outlook contact page and now I
can't get rid of it unless I remove it from each outgoing message. How do I
reset my outgoing messages page without the attachment?

I am wondering the same thing as all of a sudden all of my outgoing messages
are being sent to the persons spam folder.

Hi,

yesterday when I was leaving my office, the Outlook Express 6 was
compressing the messages. Today I have found out, that part of my sent
messages (in the folder SENT) dissapeared. I can see in that box messages
only till 25.2.2006 + messages which were sent today. I don't understand why
this happened, but I have big problem now.

The current .DBX file has now about 800MB, but I am sure that few months ago
was much bigger (about 1.4GB). Maybe the problem is, that my hard-drive is
using FAT 32 file system.

Please help me, any answer would be much appreciated.
Thanks

I need to know how to add a permanent confidential note warning at the bottom
of my outgoing Outlook 2003 e-mails. Can anyone help?

How do I set Outlook to automatically print my outgoing messages?

I like to keep a copy of my sent messages for a while but Outlook puts one
copy for each person I send the message to into my Sent file. How can I get
it to only put one copy of my email in that file?

When I print a copy of my outgoing message as proof on a file of what I've
sent, how can I include the file name of any attachment to the message. At
present the message only is printed, but no record of any attachment with it.
