My e-mails will not send when I travel. They do down load fine. How can I fix this?

office 2003 - outlook e mail- When I go to reply to an e mail or send an e
mail the font is huge. I have reset the font and it still remains huge.
Anyone have a solution?

Jiggs

Is there anyway that you can see the size of a e-mail before you send it? I
have tried the usual File - Properties.

Thanks in advance

Outlook 2007 will not default to my calendar when I have multiple open. I
frequently view several calendars in addition to mine and usually have more
than one open. Whenever I switch from email view to calendar view, it
defaults to the most recently opened calendar. I have to remember to click on
my calendar every single time I send a meeting request, or it will send from
someone else's calendar instead of mine. In prior versions, it was the other
way around -- as it should be. You should have to click on another calendar
to send a meeting request from them if you want -- otherwise it should always
assume you are sending from yourself. I keep having to catch myself before I
send a meeting request because I have been inadvertently creating them from
another calendar instead of my own. This is very FRUSTRATING! What idiot at
Microsoft did this? Obviously, they do not use their own software. I have
checked all the settings I can and there is no way to change it. It is
hard-wired into the program.

I have been involved with organizations for over 5 years and send e-mails using a distribution list.  I have not had any problems until today.  Now when I try to use one of my distribution lists one of two things happen:

1.  It does not get delivered and is blocked because it is perceived as spam

2.  It will not send....I get the message that "An unexpected error has occurred"

My internet provided has checked my settings and all is fine....they say it is a softare problem.  Are there new settings in an update that I need to modify?

I have office 2000 and I can recieve e-mail but cannot send it . I have not
changed
any of the settings and I previously could send e-mail

I can receive e-mails, but cannot send them. I have tried to read through all
the other discussion threads, but not sure if they are quite the same as my
problem.
I get this error message;

Task 'Sending' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server
was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator
or Internet service provider (ISP).'

All my settings are correct, but since I have been connected to my house
mates secure internet connection, I cant send e-mails.

I want to be able to trace what computer an e-mail came from. How can I do
this?

Please help !

Tks a Lot !

When I begin to type in an address in the address bar when sending an e-mail,
the address selp populates. Since some of my contacts have changed their
e-mail address, the old and the new will pop up. In many cases they are very
similar and I cannot recall which one to use. Is there a way to delete the
old e-mail address from the "history" so only the current e-mail address self
populates?

Thanks

I have been using Microsoft Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager for a
month now with our company and have had no problems. About a week ago I used
BCM to send an e-mail marketing message to around 100 contacts and it worked
fine. Today I did the same thing and half of the messages got send. Now it
will not send the remaining messages and when I look at the detailed server
report it reads:

Time: 2/5/2010 11:30:25 AM
Error in Mail
Contact Support: http://g.live.com/1OLC12URL/Support
Error: 3209. Server. User's computer is currently blocked from sending
messages.

Any ideas on how to solve this issue? We do not have a business server, I
am just using the SQL server that came with Office 2007 with out Office Live
Small Business account.

Thanks,

Dave

I have set up exchange 2000 so that a user can recieve e-mails from either of
the 2 domain names we have. I want to let the user select which e-mail
address they send from based on each e-mail they send.
Setting up the FROM field doesn't work as it always assumes primary address.

I have the same problem what do you do?

Please, I want to create a rule to copy a e-mail into my documents´s folder
everytime I send a e-mail from a especific account. Is it possible ? How can
I do ?

Since installing Office 2007 (with Windows XP SP2) I have been plagued with
Outlook hanging up frequently which requires shutting down and reindexing on
being opened again. I noticed that the most common cause of the problem is
when I respond to e-mails. It also hangs up from time to time when I open
an e-mail, a calander entry or a task entry. I don't seem to encounter the
problem when I read e-mails through the reading pane. I have run diagnostic
tools but the problem still persists. Did anyone encounter this phenomenon?
Any ideas for resolving this?

When I print an e-mail the "From", "Sent", "To" & "Subject" fields are not
appearing.
Please advise.

Thanks for your help!

I just recently started having problems with my Microsoft Outlook 2003. I
can receive e-mails but not send them. When I try to send them I get an
error message saying "sending reported error (0x80042109) Outlook is unable
to connect to your outgoing (smtp) e-mail server". Can anyone help please.

Thanks
Glenn

Outlook 2002 SP3, Using POP3 Accounts ONLY. My "default" account which I
usually send email from is a POP3 account with my Web Hosting company,
web.com. My ISP is Cox. Cox requires that all outgoing mail goes through its
servers.

When I attempt to to send to certain email addresses which I know for a fact
are good, Outlook attempts to send the message by using ALL of my email
accounts (where did this come from?) and then the Outlook "System
Administrator" instantly notifies me that :

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject:
Sent: 12/20/2007 3:02 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

on 12/20/2007 3:02 PM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

I have "detected and repaired", re-installed Outlook, changed my "default"
account to require server authorization, have told it to log on before the
smtp server , etc, etc.

I am at a loss and will greatly appreciate any help.

I can recieve e-mail through outlook but when I try to send, it is returned
with the following error 550 needs to have authintication.

I have a friend whose e-mails I never receive and I have no idea why. I have
made sure she is not on my blocked senders list; I have added her to my safe
senders list; I've even added her to my safe recipients list. Yet, every
time, I never receive her e-mails. If I send her an e-mail, she receives it.
However, if she even replies to my e-mail, I still don't get it. This is
the only person with whom I have this problem.

Any helpful ideas on how to correct this problem would be greatly
appreciated. I'm using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. Thank you!

Hi!

I'm sending my e-mails as HTML, but I got on problem.

If I send an e-mail to a user having Lotus Notes, this user can read my
e-mail without any problem, BUT if this user replays on my e-mail, something
strange happens. When I recives the e-mail, I only see what I wrote in the
first place, I'm not able to see what the other user wrote!! The e-mail looks
like a copy of my first e-mail!!

Do I have to stop sending e-mails in HTML?
