Why can't I forward email?

In Outlook 2003, I get the following error when I try to forward an email: "
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)" Does
anyone know how to correct this? I didn't have this problem until I upgraded
to 2003 version.

Hello,

When I am being bcc'd on an email coming from external source, why can't I
view the bcc field?

When I am being bcc'd on an internal email (exchange 2003), I can view the
bcc field.

But, external emails don't display the bcc field - so I receive emails where
my name doesn't appear in the to or cc field - and I cannot view the bcc
field so it looks like I'm not supposed to receive the email - yet I am
because I'm being bcc'd.

When I am being bcc'd, I'd like to view the bcc field.

Thanks,
Marcina

Why can't I send or receive email within outlook 2007. It does not work. The
send receive option will not even respond in outlook 2007. This was never a
problem with outlook 2003.

Running Windows Server 2003 SP1 & Exchange Server 2003 SP1.

I used to be able to telnet into my SMTP server (sometime before I installed
either of the SP1's). I tried it today and I can't telnet into it anymore.
Here's what I get:

----
C:>telnet localhost 25
Connecting To localhost...Could not open connection to the host, on port 25:
Connect failed
----

Everything still seems to work as I can send and receive email using Outlook
& Outlook express. So why can't I telnet in anymore?

I send and receive a LOT of e-mails with animation in them. Why doesn't the
new Office 2007 allow me to make a default change to permanently allow the
animation to work rather than check each and every e-mail that comes in?
Also why can't I get the e-mail address book to alphabetize by the LAST name
instead of the first?

Thank you

I installed Outlook 2003 and I can't add email accounts. I get an error msg
telling me to reinstall due to a Register problem. I ran the Repair without
success so I reinstalled the entire program. I still get the same error
message. WHY? Do I have to install SP2 first, which I don't want to do?

I am just now starting to use Outlook as a contact manager and calendar.
However, I have imported emails from Eudora. For the life of me, I can't get
the emails to show with dates on them. In other words, I don't know which
emails are the most recent and they seem to be all mixed up. What can I do
about this.

I had spent some time looking around for another contact manager that I
could learn frome the ground up, but was told that Outlook was/is perfect for
my business, and it's free. If I learn how to proper use Outlook, I will by
add-on's to make it more useful to me. HELP!

As of lunchtime yesterday I can no longer receive emails from my ISP using
Outlook 2007. I also use Norton Internet Security 2007 which informs me that
there is an error when receiving. I can send emails no problem.
I called the ISP who informs me that they do not support Outlook 2007, only
Outlook Express. We went through the process of configuring Outlook Express
and everything worked fine.
My question is why did this suddenly happen when everything was working fine
and is there anything that can be done to rectify the sitiation as I rely on
Outlook 2007 heavily. Please help. Jason.

I upgraded to office 2007 then upgraded to Vista and now can't receive emails
although I can send them. Does anyone know how I can resolve this.

Using Outlook 2003 Student Teacher Edition I can't seem to send emails with
my Windows Live Hotmail account. I can receive messages with no problem but
when I send an email it doesn't go through and instead I get an email asking
me to sign in to my windows live account for security verification. I do so
using Firefox or IE, still doesn't send any emails through outlook. HELP!!

I have created an address list (NOT a distribution list, but an
address list in exchange system manager) with one member for now
(myself) with a filter "user name" "is exactly" and then my name. If I
go into the list, click on Preview, there I am. But if I go into
Outlook (and yes, I closed it and re-opened it first) I can't send an
email to this list. I type the list name (test) and hit ctrl-k to
resolve it, and it says "no suggestions." I press "show more names,"
and there's my address list, and there I am in the list, and I can send
myself email. BUT I want to send to the whole list at once - like a
distribution group. Can't I do that?

Thanks in advance.

Hi I have the same problem to:

Upgraded from Office 2000, to Office 2003 now.

Running Outlook 2003, and I can Send, but not Receive.
Outlook Express is fine (it sends and receiveds)

I have already reinstalled Outlook 2003 two times, and I have checked my
installation of ISP - It is O.K. as well.

I DO get an error message as follows:
Task 'Telus - Receiving' reported error (0x8007007E) : 'Unknown Error
0x8007007E'

Any help is appriciated.
Thanks

I have been having the same problem after upgrading to Office (and therefore
Outlook 2003) today. Can send okay, can't receive. Checked I have pop3 and
smtp server stuff okay, and it is. Password and username okay.

What next?! )

When I compose a message while in the Inbox folder and hit the send button,
and then hit send/receive, everything works fine. But if I open the message
to take another look before sending it when it's in the outbox, or if I'm in
the outbox folder when I compose the message, and then hit the send button,
it won't transmit when I hit the send button and then the send/receive
button. I can't find a setting to correct this.
