I am working with an attglobal.net email account and I want to use another, new, account. Now I want to send an email to all the contacts I have send an email to in the past, but I never saved anyone to contacts. However,
when I type, for example, an "a" it suggests all the contacts I've send emails to. How do I send an email to all the contacts I ever send an email to?

Have hundreds of contacts in contact list with multiple categories. Some
people are in several of the categories. Would like to send email to
multiple categories without sending duplicate emails to those certain people.
I know how to send an email to ONE category only, but not to several at a
time.

Hello,

Can anyone please enlighten me in how to send an email to only part of a group/dist list? I know that this can be done but whenever I try to do it, I end up modifying the group permanently and have to go back and re-add the users I took out.

You can send an appointment to part of a group but I can't figure out how to send an email.

Thanks,

Hi everyone, I've done a search through internet without success. Here is my
scenario:

No active directory, just a domain and a Microsoft Exchange Server

I have a list with usernames (i.e. myusermydomain) and I need to send an
email to a specific user, but I don't have the email, my ideas are:

1) Use the Exchange API to send the email, where the "to" email property has
place the username as described before
2) Use the Exchange API to ask for the email address sending the username as
the "parameter"

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

For a couple of days I 'm trying to find some documentation on the subject
without success but maybe one of you could help.

In fact, I'm trying to do an application to send a signed message using the
CDO library (cdo.dll). Moreover, the exchange server to wich my application
will connect to does not allow smtp, there is therefore no possibility for
me to directly send an SMIME. There are some samples on how to send signed
emails using either CDOSYS,CDOEX but nothing using cdo.dll. Does this mean
this is not possible using cdo.dll. Can some body help me on this quest or
point me out some documentation on the subject?

Thanks in advance,

miguel

Thanks in advance.

I WANT TO SEND ONE EMAIL OUT TO ABOUT 40 PEOPLE, BUT THE SALUTATION IS DEAR
(NAME OF PERSON),...I DON'T WANT TO SEND IT 40 TIMES. THEREFORE, SOMEHOW, I
NEED A WAY TO AUTO INPUT FIRST NAMES SO THAT IT ARRIVES WITH THE RIGHT 1ST
NAME IN SALUTATION THAT MATCHES WITH EMAIL

I would like to send an email with a calendar item that will automatically
update everyones calendar. Is this possible without Microsoft Exchange? I
can send an appointment in Outlook 2003 but users will have to accept - is
there anyway for it to populate the calendar as soon as a user opens the
email?

Thank you.

Cathy

Hello,
Im developing an Outlook Add-In. I create an appointment and send the
resulting meeting request to the appointment's recipients. My Question is: is
it possible to send individual meeting requests to each recipient? I want
each recipient to recieve a meeting request, containing individual message
text. Any ideas?

Thx

I'm trying to develop application witch has to send an email from mht web archive or from full html that includes images. I would like to have an Outlook new window to be opened in order to allow user preview of the email before sending. The short code snippet is below:

MailItem mailItem = MailItem)this.outlookApp.CreateItem(OlItemType.olMailItem);
mailItem.Display(false);
Outlook.Inspector inspector = mailItem.GetInspector;
mailItem.BodyFormat = OlBodyFormat.olFormatHTML;
mailItem.Body = "HTML string here";
...
inspector = this.outlookApp.ActiveInspector();
if (inspector != null)
{
inspector.Activate();
}
if (app != null) OfficeHelper.FinalReleaseComObject(app);
if (inspector != null) OfficeHelper.FinalReleaseComObject(inspector);
if (mailItem != null) OfficeHelper.FinalReleaseComObject(mailItem);
OfficeHelper.FinalizeComObjects();

New Outllok inspector window opens correctly. All fields are visible and set correctly, except body. The body of the item is ALWAYS TEXT. It looks like that Outlook absolutely ignores the BodyFormat.

Has anybody observed such behaviour or observed the effect described above? Thank you for your help.
